bAsset token

bAsset token or property token is an asset proving the ownership of a specific real estate share. This ownership is fully backed up by the laws of the United States while maintaining all the benefits of modern cryptocurrencies, such as decentralization, versatility, speed and safety. 
Users that own property tokens can:
Control the property by participating in Property DAO.
​Receive regular rewards from rents and price growth.
Sell and transfer their tokens to other users via the Marketplace or other exchanges.
Use their real estate shares as collateral to quickly receive funds (to appear).
Property tokens are currently issued on the Polygon chain due to its quickness, EVM-compatibility and low commissions.
