Staking overview

The Binaryx platform receives its income in three different ways:
It receives 8% of the total price of a successfully tokenized property.
It receives 2% of the rental income of tokenized property controlled by a Property DAO.
It receives 2.5% of the deals on the secondary market.
Holders of the BNRX token can stake their tokens to receive part of the platform's income. More specifically:
70% of the fees collected by the platform from successful tokenization of real estate properties will be distributed among the staked BNRX tokens.
70% of the fees collected by the platform from the rental income of tokenized property will be distributed among the staked BNRX tokens.
70% of the fees collected by the platform from Marketplace deals will be distributed among the staked BNRX tokens.
These funds will be paid in USDC/USDT, and are distributed among BNRX holders as described on the staking mechanism page.
